Warm Springs Golf Course

An 18-hole championship course shaded by mature trees, Warm Springs Golf Course is just minutes from downtown Boise. Located on the banks of the Boise River, the course features spacious fairways, well-tended greens, numerous ponds, and scenic views of the Boise Foothills. Operated by Boise Parks & Recreation, Warm Springs Golf Course offers affordable recreation for youth and adults in one of the city’s oldest neighborhoods.   

2012 Golf Tournament Dates:

Men's Association Tournaments:

March 3 - IGA 2-Man Best-Ball, 10:00 am shotgun start.  Partners handicap spread must be 8 strokes or less.

March 17 - Spring Opener, Tee times from 9:00 until 11:00 am

April 7 - 2-Man Best-Ball, Tee times from 9:00 until 11:00 am.  Partners handicap spread must be 8 strokes or less.

April 21/22 - Boise City Championship.  Tournament will be flighted, with tee times assigned by the pro-shop.

May 5/6 - Eclectic Tournament, Tee times from 9:00 until 11:00 am

June 23 - Red/White/Blue Tournament, Tee times from 9:00 until 11:00 am

July 14/15 - 2-Man Combo Tournament, Tee times from 9:00 until 11:00 am.  Formats will include 9-holes of Best-Ball, Scramble, Chapman and Scotch Ball.  Partners handicap spread must be 8 strokes or less.

August 18/19 - Men's Club Championship, Tee times from 9:00 until 11:00 am

September 8 - 2-Man Best-Ball, Tee times from 9:00 until 11:00 am

October 13 - Champ of the Year, Tee times from 9:00 until 11:00 am.  Players must qualify for this tournament

November 17 - Turkey Shoot Scramble, 10:00 am shotgun start.  This tournament is open to members of Warm Springs Golf Course Men's and Ladies Associations.  Pro-shop will assign teams.

Men's Association Champ of the Month Dates: 

Players in the Champ of the Month tournaments must tee off prior to 10:30 am.

Ladies Association:

June 3 - Red Hot Mama's Tournament, 8:30 shotgun start.  This 2-lady scramble is open to all ladies with current IGA membership.  

August 11/12 - Ladies Club Championship & Ladies Senior Club Championship.  Participants must be members of a Warm Spring Ladies Association (either Day or Twilight League).  Tee times starting at 9:00 am

September 18 - Ladies Day League Pro-Am Shamble.  Participants must be members of the Ladies Day League.  Shotgun start at 9:00 am

October 23 - Ladies Day League Presidents day Tournament.  Participants must be members of the Ladies Day League.  Shotgun start at 9:00 am

Chapman Tournament Dates:

The Chapman tournaments will be 9-holes of play with a 6:00 pm shotgun start.  Dinner will be provided  after tournament play.  Open to all players with a current IGA handicap.

Spring Break Golf Camp

The Spring Break Golf Camp will be held March 26 through March 30 (Monday through Friday) from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm daily.  Cost is $250.00 for the week.  The camp is designed for juniors 7 to 15 years old, to prepare junior golfers to play golf on their own.  Full swing, short game, sand play and the rules of golf will be the focus of the week.  Training will take place at the practice range and on the golf course.  Golf clubs will be available at no cost to students needing clubs.  Participants are responsible for their lunch each day.  Call the pro shop at 343-5661 to sign up.
